Sonic.net Pogowave Terms of Service

All Sonic.net accounts are subject to the Sonic.net AUP. Use of Sonic.net service indicates acceptance of these terms. By ordering Pogowave service, you also agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

This service has an 24 month term. Discontinuing Pogowave service prior to the end of this two-year term will result in an early termination fee prorated at $15.00 a month for every month remaining in the term. Customer must provide and maintain a valid credit or debit card number, against which all applicable fees will be automatically charged. After the two-year term, pricing reverts to the then current price. Any applicable taxes, or other governmental charges are the customer's sole responsibility. Any collections actions taken on delinquent accounts will appear on customer's credit rating. You must be over 18 years of age to order Pogowave service.

Equipment provided by Sonic.net for Pogowave customers has a monthly lease cost of $5.95 a month. If service is cancelled customer can uninstall equipment and by his or her self and ship back to Sonic in a pre-paid shipping box OR request Sonic to uninstall at a charge of $75. Failure to return equipment will result in a charge of $250.

Actual data transfer rates may vary as measured between the radio at customer's location and the Access Point, dependent upon several factors including link quality and hop distance. Minimum service speeds are subject to 10%-20% protocol overhead. Actual transfer rates above 80% of the listed minimum transfer rate will be considered acceptable. Sonic.net makes no guarantees regarding the availability of Pogowave until service is established.

Sonic.net will not be responsible for outages that it is not notified about by the customer. Customer must be available for troubleshooting and connection setup. Customer has sole responsibility for any local network infrastructure at the installation premises.
